Thomas Construction is one of the largest builders in the United States and is ranked as a leader in major market segments of the building construction field. The company’s 1,000 employees complete $20 billion of construction on 150 projects each year.
Under Thomas’s leadership, Thomas Construction is well regarded in diverse building markets in America and is increasing its presence in next generation advanced technology markets. In addition, the company is growing its enterprise service offerings and expanding its presence in Europe, Asia, and India.

Thomas is Chairman of the ACE Mentor Program which serves to strengthen the talent pipeline in the construction industry. He serves as co-chair and secretary on the AEC Unites board of directors. AEC Unites seeks to inspire, promote, and spur equity and inclusion in the AEC industry for Black talent and Black-owned businesses. Thomas is a member of the Business Roundtable.
